PURPOSE: To allow the system to cope with the reception of an incoming call properly depending on a convenience or state of a receiver and an information content of a caller. CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with a communication function 13 communicating a voice signal and data through a wired or radio communication channel, a data input function 24, a display function 23, and a personal information management function 17, and also with a condition setting function 25 at a speech desired time, a condition setting function 18 at a speech reception time, an environment detection function 19, and a reception message analysis function 15. Then the line connection is controlled depend,ing on the speech desired condition, the reception state condition and an environment condition sent at the arrival of a call. |
