PURPOSE:To obtain an assembling sand core while avoiding damage of an auxiliary sand core by fitting joining projected part existing at one side of a main sand core and the auxiliary sand mutually faced core into joining recessed part existing at the other side. CONSTITUTION:Both auxiliary sand cores 41, 42 are set to a fitting device A under condition of facing joining surfaces 51, 52 to upward and both auxiliary sand cores 41, 42 are turned over to mutually reverse direction so that each a second joining recessed parts 72, 82 position to lower side, and both joining surfaces 51, 52 are mutually faced. Further, by working a first conveying device C1, the main sand core 2 is conveyed at between both auxiliary sand cores 41, 42 and joining and faces 31, 32 are faced to the joining surfaces 51, 52 of the auxiliary sand cores 41, 42, respectively. After that, both auxiliary sand cores 41, 42 is shifted to the main sand core 2, and fitting of first and second joining projected parts 61, 62 and first and second joining recessed parts 71, 72; 81, 82 and stack up of both joining end faces 31, 32 and both joining surfaces 51, 52 are executed, to obtain the assembling sand core 1. |
