SYNTHETIC RESIN SHEET FOR PRINTING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The sheet is manufactured by treating one surface of high impact polystyrene(HIPS) containing polystyrene and butadiene. Because the microscopic structure of the conventional high impact polystyrene sheet surface show an unsuitable irregularity to print highly visible colors of 6 to 7, the high impact polystyrene and glossary polystyrene(GPS) materials are coextruded to form GPS layer onto one surface of the HIPS sheet layer, whereby manufacturing the synthetic resin sheet to print high visibility. The synthetic resin sheet comprises 90-95 wt.% high impact polystyrene and 5- 10 wt.% glossary polystyrene.
