PURPOSE: To check the matching degree of a source text and respective document logical structure definitions and to easily prepare a document instance corresponding to a structured document form by making user definition tag information and stipulated tag information inside the respective document logical structure definitions correspond to each other beforehand. CONSTITUTION: By referring to the correspondence relation of the user definition tag information in the source text and the document logical structure definitions of a change object, the matching degree of the source text and the respective document logical structure definitions is checked 101. In the order of the matching degree of the user definition tag information and the document logical structure definitions, the retrieved document logical structure definitions are presented to the user 107. By letting a user select the document logical structure definition, the document logical structure definition to be a target is decided from the presented plural document logical structure definitions 109. Matched with the definition selected by the user, the user definition tag information in the source text is converted into the stipulated tag information 111. By verifying 113 the converted text by a parser for performing syntax analysis, whether or not the document instance is in alignment with the document logical structure definition is judged. |
