VAV TYPE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To dispense with a VAV unit for exclusive use by controlling a blower in a follow-up manner so that a detected value of static pressure detected by a static pressure detector be held at a prescribed set value of static pressure. CONSTITUTION: A blower capacity control system is constructed mainly of a blower 8, a static pressure sensor 22 measuring a static pressure at one prescribed point in a duct 4 and a blower controller 24 controlling the capacity of the blower 8. At the time of operation, the capacity of the blower 8 is controlled so that the measured value of the static pressure may follow up a set value of the static pressure determined on the basis of information on the opening of each of dampers 10A-10E belonging to a control part 18 and the measured value of the static pressure. Only by using a conventional type motor damper, according to this constitution, a VAV type air conditioning system of low cost and energy-saving can be constructed without using a VAV unit for exclusive use.
