The wall shall find application in civil works, such as building of single-space cold storage chambers. It has reliable sealing protection of the joints and is gas impermeable and resistant. The wall is made of panel (1) having chamfered sides (2), covered on both sides by an elastic layer (3), the cantelever ends of the layer (2) come outside of the sides (2) and overlap the joints between the panels. The gas impermeable layer (9) also overlaps the joints. All panels (1) are reinforced by longitudinal reinforcing profiles (8) fitted under elastic ends (7) and covered by the parts of the layer (9) which are not adhered (10).
