PURPOSE: To prevent a first and a second fastening members from being closed during transportation or the like by constituting in such a way that one end parts of both fastening members are rotated by applying external force, opposing temporary fastening force, to both fastening members in the direction of locking the other end parts of both fastening members from a state of separating the other end parts by a specified quantity. CONSTITUTION: One end parts of a first and a second fastening members 30, 40 are connected by hinge connection, and the other end parts are removably locked. Hinge connection parts 31, 41 formed at one end parts of both connecting members 30, 40 are so constituted as to generate temporary fastening force for maintaining a second state in this second state of releasing the lock of the other end parts and separating both other end parts by the specified quantity. Both one end parts are rotated by applying external force, defeating the temporary fastening force, to both fastening members 30, 40 toward a first state of locking the other end parts from the second state. Both connecting members 30, 40 are thereby prevented from being closed during transportation or the like. |
