PURPOSE: To accurately control microscopic differential pressure between the fuel side and the air side in a solid electrolyte fuel cell or the like. CONSTITUTION: Pressure reducing valves 21 and 22 and ejectors 19 and 20 are respectively arranged on the downstream side of an air side pressure regulating valve 24 and a differential pressure regulating valve 10. Inert gas such as nitrogen is introduced to these pressure reducing valves and ejectors, and resistance is applied, and is controlled so as to become prescribed pressure, and a control range of the differential pressure regulating valve 10 is expanded. |
