The method for collecting charge data in a real time to send it to the central exchange system, includes an independent remote exchange system, a higher station remote exchange system, a lower station remote exchange system, a central exchange system and a central charge collector. The method collects the charge data from a number of unmanned exchange systems into the central exchange system in a real time to reduce the risk of the data change/loss and enhances the speed of data process to increase the efficiency of using the data link.
