Vibration crusher for comminuting recycled material

The crusher has a vibratory conveyor channel (1) and a crusher jaw (3) projecting into the trough of the channel and attached to the channel by guide rod springs. A vibratory drive (4) is attached to the channel and/or jaw (3). Energy accumulator springs (5) are switched in between the channel and jaw to provide a twin-mass vibration system when the drive follows the channel or jaw. The crusher jaw can be trough-shaped. The active surface of the crusher jaw is preferably roughened. The base of the channel and/or active face of the jaw can be a screen surface.
