Electrochemical electrical energy storage device for mobile applications

The device stores electrical energy in the form of a DC voltage from -5 to +5V. An organic tissue carbonised at temperatures of 450-800 degrees in oxygen free atmosphere, is used to store the energy. The tissue has a specific surface of 800-2000m2/g, preferably on cellulose base, with polar fluid in which nonionic components are dissolved in saturations of 0.1 mole up to saturation. The additional ionic components can contain upto a concentration of 0.1 mole, related to the volume of the carbonised tissue impregnated with a liquid volumes of 0.2-0.8. Processing takes place at temperatures of 30-120 degrees C for 10-120 minutes.
