A supporting body (1) placed on the stomach has a catheter hose (2) protruding from it and with a feed passage (3) for the nutrient solution. A balloon (6) on the hose is supplied via a connector (9) and passage (11) from a filler unit (13). The connector is formed by a sealing component integral with the body and of puncturable self-sealing material, and which seals off the passage (11). It can have a cylindrical body into which the passage extends. The supporting body can comprise a flat component from which a flexible lug (8) protrudes and on which the connector is situated. The passage (11) delivering the filler medium (13) can pass from the connector through the lug, the flat component and the catheter hose wall into the balloon (6). |
