A thermosetting vinylic powder coating composition comprising (A) a vinylic copolymer prepared by copolymerizing, as a main component, a vinyl monomer having glycidyl functionality, and having a glass transition temperature of 40 to 100 DEG C and a number average molecular weight of 1,500 to 15,000; (B) aliphatic dibasic acid; (C) blocked polyisocyanate compound; (D) optionally an acid anhydride; and (E) antioxidant provides an excellent combination of chemical stability, scratch and weather resistance, and smooth surfaces upon application. |
