The working fluid discharge oscillations are modulated at the outlets of the generator of oscillations, and they come to the jet member controlling channels. The differential pressure makes the jet from the feeding channel of the jet member perform periodic transverse oscillations with frequency equal to that of oscillations of pressure in the outlet channels of the generator of oscillations. As the feeding jet reaches a wall or the body, there is pulsation of pressure on its surface, and the frequency and amplitude of the pulses is proportional to the flow head.
