PURPOSE: To easily fit a multi-layer glass to a sash stile, by using an attachment in which the functions of a grating channel and a spacer are concentrated. CONSTITUTION: An inside flexible member 4 is longitudinally provided as a unit in the inside of a reinforcing material 5 as the chief material of the attachment 1. A protruded fixing member 6 fitted to the recessed part 7 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing material 5, in the inside of the reinforcing material 5 at the position corresponding to the recessed fixing part of the attachment provided along the outer peripheral side face of the multi- layer glass 2. The attachment 1 can be accurately fixed in a specified position of the multi-layer glass periphery only by pushing the periphery or the multi- layer glass 2 into the opening or the attachment 1, by the fitting action of the fixing member 6 and the fixing part 7 of attachment. The inside end face of an outer flexible member 3 is positioned to contact the glass face 2 to water- tightly seal the glass and the T-shaped external side is fixed to the upper end of the fitting opening of the sash stile and fitted to the protruded part and fixed without shifting. |
