<p>PURPOSE: To make HC release temp. as high as possible while preventing coking. CONSTITUTION: A prescribed amt. (e.g. 0.1-0.5g/l of a noble metal for preventing coking (e.g. one or more selected from among Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru and Ir) and a prescribed amt. (e.g. 50-100g/l) of oxide of a rare earth element (e.g. cerium oxide) as well as zeolite are carried on an adsorbent carrier having a prescribed shape (e.g. honeycomb cordierite).</p> |
