SUBSTANCE: lift has cab 1 moving along its guide members 10, counterweight 2 moving along its guide members 11, set of hoisting ropes 3 which hold cab and counterweight, and drive unit 6 having rope driving pulley 7 brought in rotation by winder and connected with hoisting ropes 3.
