FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: car has freight compartment 1 with refrigerating plant and service compartment 2 with air cooling device in form of heat exchange air duct 3 with at least one inlet branch pipe 4 and one outlet branch pipe 5 arranged in service compartment either at different levels or at one level. If inlet branch pipe 4 is located above outlet branch pipe 5, service compartment is cooled by natural circulation of air through air duct 3 caused by temperature differential (and, consequently, difference in specific weights) of air over height of compartment. In this case fan 6, which can be arranged in any place inside air duct 3, is used only for accelerating the process of cooling. If inlet branch pipe 4 is located below outlet branch pipe 5, being arranged, for instance on the ceiling, or if branch pipes 4 and 5 are arranged at one level, air circulation in air duct 3 can be provided only by fan 6 which also is placed inside air duct, i.e. air circulation in this case is forced. EFFECT: possibility to use cold from freight compartment for cooling service compartment without filtration of air. |
