FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: alloy has (in wt %): aluminium, 2-5.2; vanadium, 1.2-3; iron, 0.02-0.28; copper, 0.01-0.3; nickel, 0.01-0.3; chromium, 0.01-0.3; manganese, 0.01-0.3; silicon, 0.01-0.2; oxygen, 0.01-0.2; carbon, 0.01-0.2; nitrogen, 0.005-0.07; hydrogen, 0.003-0.03; titanium, the balance. Alloy is destined to be used for fabricating stamped- pressed parts and increases their two-dimensional tensile strength by 25%, impact elasticity and crack resistance characteristics by a factor of two. EFFECT: reduced weight and increased operational reliability of aircrafts' parts. |
