The device improves engine output by converting intake passway and intake waving according to engine operation state. The device comprises : a separation wall(14) which divides the passageway from a throttle body(12) to surge tank(13) into the first intake passageway(15) and the second intake passageway(16); two valves(19)(20) on the separating wall, one in the throttle body(12) and one in the surge tank(13), which are opened and closed by stepping motors derived by computer; and two valves(23)(24) respectively in the first intake passageway(15) and the second intake passageway(16) which are controlled to subdivide engine power into multi steps according to the engine status and driving condition.
