The ultrasonic processor/mixer casing has a cover at one end, with opening. The heavy core of the new design carries equally-spaced transverse discs (10). Each has two similar segments cut by parallel transverse chords. One smooth surface (11) is perpendicular to the axis. Opposite halves of opposite edges of the second surface (12), subtend the same acute angle with the smooth surface (11), and with the long edge. Each element is rotated in sequence, smooth surfaces following one after the other. Below the initial points of these surfaces, lie the smooth surfaces of a triangular shape (14). Final points of one element cover the initial ones of the next. Elements are attached by pegs (15, 16) in blind openings (17, 18). The two spiral channels so formed, are both interrupted and interconnected.
