The invention pertains to a stack (12) of at least two packages (3) of right parallelepiped or cubic shape, preferably to hold a group of cigarette packs, folding boxes with medicinal contents or other comparable packages, which are in direct contact with one another at adjoining faces. The invention also pertains to a process and device for producing such no-repack stacks. With this type of stack one can fill all known kinds of vending machine as well as shelving arranged in any manner by inserting a full stack, upright or on its side, into the vending machine, whereupon the tie band is severed at any point, in particular at one of the two ends of the stack, and the tie band(s) (1) is (are) removed in such a way that the packages are left unbound and separate in a guide track of a vending machine and their position remains essentially unchanged. |
