(1) washing shell and drying; (2) pulverizing the dried shell into 100-270 mesh, adding water and mixing; (3) forming the obtd. shell paste into brick shape and drying; and (4) plasticizing the obtd. shell brick at 500-1450 deg. C for 30-210 min., quick-cooling at room temp. and pulverizing to obtain the final product.
