Odourless container cover using liq. and gas impermeable foil

The cover with a central depression for condensed collection is formed by a foil (1), or sheet, pulled over the container peripheral walls (3) and sealed. It contains a lamellar centre weight (4) with cylindrical or rectangular containers. With crates, etc. of uneven length the weight is of a defined strip shape. Thus the foil dips into the container (5) such that a funnel-shaped cover (6) is formed. An immersion pump (8) is used to discharge condensate (7) from the funnel. The foil support is provided by adding a foam generating substance to the container content.
