The multi-disk player is designed to minimize number of parts required to improve internal structure, enhance stability of operation, and maximize productivity. The multi-disk player includes : a turn table (12) rotated by the driving of a spindle motor (10); a pick-up device (14) moving in U-turn style; a driving means (20) installed to one side of a fixing chassis (18); a movable chassis (26) for moving a disk pushing device (22) and a disk tray (24) at all direction; and a motor (28) for controlling the motion of returning and feeding of the pick-up device (14).
