PURPOSE: To manufacture a battery pack in which vibration is hardly transmitted to a printed circuit board by press-fitting the outer periphery of the printed circuit board into the inner wall of a printed circuit board supporting body, and interposing the supporting body on the surface parallel to the printed circuit board between the inner surface of a first or second case and the side surface of a battery. CONSTITUTION: Ni-Cd batteries 3 are placed on the inner surface of a first case 1. A printed circuit board supporting body 6 into which a printed circuit board 4 is press-fitted is placed on the batteries, and a second case 2 is covered. The outer circumference of the supporting body 6 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the second case 2 by pressure for fixing. Ultrasonic vibration is applied from the upper surface of the case 2 to the joint surface of the cases 1, 2 for ultrasonic bonding. Since vibration is transmitted from the case 2 to the printed circuit board 4 through the supporting body 6, the vibration is absorbed and eased. Projections 7 are integrally formed in the supporting body 6, and when shock such as falling down is applied to a battery pack, they prevent coming off of the printed circuit board 4 from the supporting body 6. |
