PURPOSE: To simplify the debugging jobs at a distributed control part by mounting a bus interface via a socket so as to realize replacement of the interface and then loading a debug sub-board in place of the bus interface to attain the debugging jobs. CONSTITUTION: The function of a bus interface 6a is secured together with the function of an in-circuit emulator(ICE) interface. Then a debug sub-board 8 containing an ICE socket 7 is added to secure the ICE function. When the sub-board 8 is put into the socket 7, the ICE interface function is added to a distributed control part 2a. In other words, the sub-board 8 is put into the socket 7 in place of the interface 6a and an ICE is connected to the socket 7 with the part 2a kept as it is in a distributed control system. Under such conditions, the part 2a can be debugged. |
