PURPOSE:To separate composite material formed by integrally laminating a plurality of materials into each material CONSTITUTION:A rectangular body 12 obtained by cutting a plastic product is formed by laminating a skin layer 14 consisting of different plastic materials, an expanded layer 16 and a base layer 18. Firstly, the rectangular body 12 is beaten by charging it into a hammer mill. Small pieces consisting of the skin layer 14 are separated from small pieces consisting of the expanded layer 16 and the base layer 18. Furthermore, the small pieces consisting of the expanded layer 16 and the base layer 18 are charged into a cutter mill and thereby separated into the small pieces consisting of the expanded layer 16 and the small pieces consisting of the base layer 18. In such a way, since the rectangular body 12 is separated into the small pieces consisting of the respective layers 14, 16, 18 alone, plastic material is recycled by working only the small pieces of necessary material. |
