FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rolling bearing comprises two races with ways and rolling bodies interposed between them. The rolling bodies are provided with a two-layer coating. The total width of the coating is 0.15-5.00 micrometers and the thickness of the inner layer is no more than 1 micrometer. The inner layer is made of tin and/or lead and the outer layer is made of brass or bronze or the inner layer is made of gallium or indium whereas the outer layer is made of copper or brass. The inner layer can be 4 micrometers in thickness. In this case the outer layer is made of titanium, or zirconium, or hafnium, whereas the inner layer is made of nitride and/or carbide and/or carbonitride of the same metal. The coating may be made also of compositions containing fluorine and/or phosphor, and/or sulfur. EFFECT: increased longevity. 5 cl, 1 dwg |
