FIELD: plastic metal working, particularly deforming tubular cylindrical blanks. SUBSTANCE: method is realized as follows. Cylindrical tubular blank has been cut from tube or made by bending and welding strip is being placed on punch for deforming it with use of die for simultaneous reduction and expansion of it. When cylindrical land h is formed on said blank and blank end rests upon bearing bead of punch (it is guaranteed by selection of blank diameter according to formula given in description of the invention), expansion is over. After meridional stresses occurring on end of blank only reduction is being performed until making ready product. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibility. |
