PURPOSE: To deal with a power converter for mounting on vehicles, by shortening its wiring lengths and reducing its wiring inductances, and by making small- sized snubber circuits of a low cost usable. CONSTITUTION: One side 18a of the base surfaces of a heat-pipe is provided with the constituent elements of the one-phase portion of a power converter wherein switching elements 1-4 and bodies 5, 6 are included. Thereby, the wiring lengths thereof are made short as much as possible. |
