PURPOSE: To calculate the power flow of a radial distribution system in a short time by a method wherein based on the data about the radial distribution system, initial values of state variables are found and quantities of states of the system are calculated and then the state variables are corrected and finally a convergence judgement is made. CONSTITUTION: Data such as a system configuration, a system capacity, voltage of a transformer station, a phase angle, convergence judging critera, and a quantity of load are input into a computer (S1). An initial value of the quantity of load is calculated using end nodes of a main feeder and a branch feeder and initial values of state variables at a head node of each feeder are found (S2). Using the state variables, a quantity of state at each node of each feeder is calculated one by one from the head node down to the end node (S3). The state variables at the head node of each feeder is corrected by a quantity of error at the end node of each feeder (S4). Then, the state variables at the end nodes are compared with reference values and thereby a convergence judgment is made (S5). |
