FIELD: production of polymer compositions on the base of unsaturated polyether resins. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains binder, modifying additive, hardening additive and filler. Unsaturated norbornene polyether resin being product of polycondensation of maleic anhydride, anhydride of norbornene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, diethylene glycol and propylene glycol (which is dissolved in styrene to viscosity 75-80 s) is used as mentioned above binder, its quantity being 860-600 mass parts. Product on the base of dioxane alcohols and their high boiling ethers (which is prepared by distillation of fraction having boiling point 115-160 C at pressure 5-10 mm Hg) or dimetacrylate of triethylene glycol is used as mentioned above modifying additive, its quantity being 80 mass parts. Product of interaction of laproxide having average molecular weight 500 with metacrylic acid (its quantity being 60 mass parts) or unsaturated norbornene polyether resin being dissolved in styrene to viscosity 15-20 s (its quantity being 300 ass parts) may be also used as mentioned above modifying additive. 10-16 % solution of cobalt naphthenate in styrene, hydroperoxide of isopropyl benzine and styrene are used as said hardening agent, quantities of mentioned above ingredients are 50-80 mass parts, 42-50 mass parts and 42-60 mass parts respectively. EFFECT: increases impact viscosity and strength limit at statistical bending. |
