<p>PURPOSE: To provide a lightweight perforated pipe for cable protection capable of reducing the frictional resistance when introducing a cable and having watertightness, by placing and securing a plurality of synthetic resin tubes the cross-sectional dimension of which allows a cable to be accommodated, in parallel in an inorganic solidifying body. CONSTITUTION: The same-side ends of a plurality of polyvinyl chloride cylindrical tubes are vertically inserted into the round hole in polyethylene plate, and placed on the bottom of a molding box. solidifying body material is poured into the molding box while avoiding its entry into the cylindrical tubes. When the solidifying body material is completely solidified, the molding box is removed. Thus, a perforated pipe is formed out of aerated concrete using fly ash with its internal cable placement hole made of polyvinyl chloride. Using synthetic resin for hole forming members with which cables will be brought into contact, as mentioned above, will reduce the frictional coefficient when a cable is introduced. This makes it possible to smoothly introduce cables into the holes, and provide the perforated pipe with watertightness.</p> |
