<p>PURPOSE: To monitor a mobile object and to confirm information without installing a partition and a mobile object detector on a road surface and a floor surface by detecting the mobile object intruding in the narrow communication area of a fixed position side communication means in a non-contact state by the mobile object detection means and outputting information. CONSTITUTION: When a mobile object 1 run on a road and comes to the location of a mobile object detection sensor 2, the mobile object detection sensor 2 detects the mobile object 1 and inputs the detected output in a mobile object detection sensor controller 6. When the mobile object 1 comes to the location of the a mobile object detection sensor 4, the mobile object detection sensor 4 detects the mobile object 1 and inputs the output in a mobile object detection sensor controller 8. Based on the detection information inputted in the mobile object detection sensor controller 6, the information on the time when the front part of the mobile object 1 comes to the location of the mobile object detection sensor 2 and the location of the front part are determined, and the information is transmitted as a mobile object detection telegraphic message to a communication means presence or absence deciding device 9. The communication means presence or absence deciding device 9 discriminates whether the mobile object has a communication equipment or not.</p> |
