PURPOSE: To provide the power source ON/OFF circuit of a portable equipment being free from data destruction even by the careless operation of a power source switch. CONSTITUTION: This power source ON/OFF circuit of the portable equipment is provided with a first means (R6 and T4) for detecting that the power source switch (SW) performed an OFF operation and supplying control signals to the input port of a microcomputer and a second means (T3, Q3 and Q2) for turning OFF a switch transistor (Q1) serially inserted to a power source circuit after the microcomputer which receives the input signals performs a saving processing. |
