摘要 FIELD: mass-exchanging equipment with multiple circulation of liquid, that is used in rotor spraying apparatuses, evaporation apparatuses with liquid circulation, etc, in food-processing, chemical and adjacent branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: to increase productivity and to decrease power consumption for arrangement of intake apparatus operation three intake blades are mounted between two coaxial cylinders, of which the apparatus is composed. Blades are made of two parts each. Lower part of blade has elevation angle β=9÷12and upper part has elevation angle β=40-45. Ratio of blades parts lengths is b/b=2,13, intake blades lattice density b/t = 0.5. M ore rational shape of intaking blades due to selection of lower and upper parts elevation angles and ratio of their lengths allows to decrease hydraulic resistance to liquid streams moving in intake apparatus and so to increase productivity and to decrease power consumption. EFFECT: increased productivity and decreased power consumption.
