FIELD: mechanical engineering; sanitary equipment, water valves with shutoff-and-control unit made of ceramic plates; mixers. SUBSTANCE: device has housing accommodating a spindle. Two ceramic washers provide end face sealing of spindle in housing. Fixed washer of shutoff-and-control unit is made so that one part of its side surface (nonround one) prevents turning of unit relative to housing, and other part (round one) provides reliable sealing. Required angle of spindle turning is provided by curvilinear support surfaces on spindle and housing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of sealing, increased service life. |
