The edge gripping device is for windows with a frame of elastic material with an angled band of plastic or ductile metal having a shoulder projecting over the outer edge of the window. There is a channel (5), open to the outside, to receive connecting elements, separated from the window surface by an internal space accessed by breakthroughs for the insertion of a glue (3). The breakthroughs (4) are so formed and arranged that they are all connected to the one channel for the delivery of the glue to the endface of the window. The breakthrough wall and the shoulder of the band may themselves form a channel for the glue. |
