The invention concerns an arrangement for casting a concrete product, whereby the cast concrete product 2, such as a hole plate, reinforced concrete beam or pole, or similar, has reinforcing rods 4 running in the longitudinal direction, which arrangement comprises a casting mould 1 of electrically conductive material, such as steel, which is in contact with the concrete product on at least one side, and members for connecting a.c. voltage R, S, T, O between the rods 4 and the casting mould 1 in order to generate heat in the cast concrete product 2 and thus accelerate its hardening. In order to bring about even heat development in the different parts of the concrete product, a special coating has been placed on the surface of the casting mould 1 which comes against the concrete 2, which coating has a mean insulation capacity designed to reduce proportionately as the distance increases from the area in the casting mould 1 where the a.c. voltage R, S, T is connected to the reinforcement rods of the concrete product 2. <IMAGE>
