The support has two leaves (1a-1b) hinged to fold together via a central hinge line (1c). A flexible tongue (2b) is fixed along the longitudinal edge (2a) of the lower leaf. The tongue, in its free part has one or more openings (2c) for the introduction and passage of a document (D) or a plastics binder (3). The wing can receive a profiled strip (2) with one part (2a) fixed to the leaf adjacent to its middle section. The other part is free and forms the flexible tongue.
