PURPOSE: To detect an over-sized car on a landing place and let the car to exit in safety. CONSTITUTION: This car elevator control device is designed to register an in- cage allowable car dimension in an incage dimension registering means 3. When a landing place call is input, it is so arranged that a car dimension measuring means 2 may measure the dimension of a car parked at the landing place. When a dimension comparing means 4 compares the measured car dimension with the allowable car dimension registered in the in-cage dimension registration means, if the car dimension is larger than the allowable car dimension as the result of the comparison, a getting-in prohibition annunciating means 6 will inform that a user is prohibited from setting in the car, thereby forcing the user to keep off the case. At the same time, an exit help means 7 is designed so that it may help the car to leave the landing site without causing any accident. |
