PURPOSE: To prevent scorches of a molten synthetic resin from sticking to every parts of a inflation tube extruder by spouting an inactive gas into the extruder from its one inlet formed on the outside of the flange at the cease of an extruder operation. CONSTITUTION: This processing system of an inflation tube is constituted of a hopper 1, an extruder 3 for extruding a tube 4, a flange for connecting these parts, and an inactive nitrogen gas generator 5 for pouring the gas into the extruder 3. The flange includes an hopper side flange 21 and an extruder side flange 22, and the center of these parts has a hole 2a capable of transferring a synthetic resin into the extruder 3. An inactive gas to be spouted into the extruder 3 is nitrogen gas to be spouted from an inlet (a) formed on the exterior of flanges 21, 22. At the time of power failures, cutting of a tube 4 or a cease of the operation, the nitrogen gas is supplied via the inlet (a), groove 2b, outlet (b) and extruder 3. |
