PURPOSE: To provide a film processing device capable of easily performing a post-process work when a processed film is cut, and processing a traveling film under low tension. CONSTITUTION: A lifting member 14 is fitted to a guide roller 9 immersed and laid in a liquid type substance 3 in a processing tank 2, and the roller 9 is taken in and out of the tank 2 by use of the member 14. Furthermore, the guide roller 9 has a rotating function, so as to be rotatable along the same direction as the travel direction of a film 1, thereby providing the constitution that tension acting on the film 1 is minimized. |
