PRODUCTION OF NONWOVEN SHEET HAVING UNIFORM BASIS WEIGHT

摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent abnormal contraction of an end part by actively cooling a sheet end part immediately after releasing constriction by circular constraining band on the periphery of a heated roll. CONSTITUTION: At least an end part of nonwoven fabric sheet is actively cooled by a method blowing a cooling medium from a cooling fluid jetting nozzle 5 immediately after releasing constriction by circular constraining band 2 of the periphery of a heated roll 1. Thereby, the difference in heat shrinkage between the end part in the width direction of a nonwoven sheet 7' and the central part is made small and yield of the product can be improved by decrease of cut amount of the end part.
