FORMATION OF LAMINATED SHEET CONTAINING FOAM LAYER OF RECYCLE RESIN

PURPOSE: To dispense with a dryer and to make it possible to kneading a polyolefinic resin with a recycle resin containing a polyamide resin having absorbed moisture in a specific ratio in a molten state and extruding the resulting kneaded mixture to evaporate moisture to form a foam layer and covering both surfaces of the foam layer with a thermoplastic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION: A recycle resin contains a polyamide resin having absorbed moisture in a ratio of 1.0-2.0wt.% on a dry wt. basis in a ratio of 30-50wt.%. This recycle resin and a polyolefinic resin are mixed in a ratio of 10:90-30:70 and melted and kneaded to be extruded from an extruder A in a sheet form. In this case, the moisture in the recycle resin is evaporated by the release of pressure and the sheet is foamed to form a foam layer. Thermoplastic resin sheets 20 are applied to both surfaces of the foam layer from extruders B in a plasticized state to form coating layers.
