CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for freezing and loosening cooked rice is obtained by arranging rotating combs 21a... on a net conveyor 20, converting cooked rice grairgs (a) into a blocked state without freezing the core thereof, breaking the blockd rice (a') into each broken piece (a') with rotating arms 12, disintegrating and loosening the broken piece a' by shearing force due to meshing of the rotating combs 21a and 21b with fixed combs 22 and 25, jetting up cold air from nozzles 24, promoting the loosening thereof, slowly accelerating the rotational frequency of the rotating comb 21a and slowly decelerating the feed of the blocked rice (a'), slowly prolonging the residence time and promoting the disintegration and loosening. |
