PURPOSE: To easily mold a molded article complicated in structure and having turnover, a tubular molded article having a complicated shape, a long article or a large-sized tubular article without forming the structure of a mold into a taper structure. CONSTITUTION: The material of a mold is composed of partially stabilized zirconia and the mold 1 is produced at temp. equal to or lower than the min. point of the strength of the strength-temp. characteristic of partially stabilized zirconia. A molding material 2 is molded at the temp. equal to or higher than the min. point using the mold 1 to be held to the temp. in the vicinity of the min. point and, after a light impact is applied to the mold 1 to generate self-destruction in the mold to convert the mold to a uniform powder, the mold 1 is removed from a molded article. |
