FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting lipoprotein fraction from B-bile and/or C-bile by means of gel electrophoresis. The bile is cleaned from impurities by means of centrifuging. Bile electrophoresis is carried out on gel plate. Dying plate with Sudan black to detect lipoprotein fraction presence and its identification by means of densitometer or visually are included into the method procedure. New is electrophoresis that is applied for detecting lipoproteins presence as a component of lithogenic bile. Such fraction is not observable in physiologically normal bile. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of differential diagnosis of cholesterol hepatolithiasis and/or cholecystolithiasis at early stage.
