Since activation is finite in time scale, sewage is held completion of relaxation processes after reagent treatment, thus bringing its structure to equilibrium state which is of great importance at recirculating the sewage to concentrating devices or discharging it to natural drainage. EFFECT: improved quality of treatment due to taking into account relaxation effect. |
